what does this mean?

Can someone please tell me what the hell this road sign means?

I've seen it in a few places now - "no blowing up cars" maybe?

i remember it from an exam here. basically it means no cars carrying explosives allowed around there.

For belgium you usually see it for trucks, not for cars.

Ow, I hurt myself even thinking about it... owie, owie, owie. ;)

Mick mentioned that he has seen it in France, where automobiles are stopping for long periods of time, that the car could catch on fire!!!
