Breaking The News

Well, I told my parents about the trip anyway. it went own better than I thought - I suppose seeing as it's a fait accompli and they can't do anything about it, and the way I sold it as being just like the San Jose trip I did last time around helped. My mother's reaction was a bit of amazement - "Beijing?", and that was about it. Went better than I thought, but the big test I guess will be the day that I leave.......
